Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
