Sushi Overload Tray



A delightful sushi overload tray featuring a variety of fresh fish, creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, and smooth cream cheese, all wrapped in seasoned rice and nori seaweed. Perfect for sushi enthusiasts!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Nori seaweed sheets
  • Assorted sushi-grade fish tuna, salmon, yellowtail
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Cream cheese
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi
  • Pickled ginger

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice

Melt the sugar, salt, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat

Mix into rice that's already cooked

Be sure to make thin strips of the fish, avocado, and cucumber

Lay out a piece of nori on a bamboo sushi mat

Then, add a layer of rice, leaving some space around the edges

Fill the middle of the rice with your choice of fish, avocado, cucumber, or cream cheese

Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge

Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat

Do it again with the rest of the ingredients

Put it on the plate with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi
